miauu's Tab Panel allows you to organize all of your toolbars into tabs.

What you can do:

convert existing toolbars into tabs
create new tabs and easily fill them with action buttons
rename tabs
hide and show tabs
rearrange tabs
convert tabs to toolbars
export and import tabs *

Each workspace will have its own sets of tabs

* This feature must be used to transfer all tabs to a fresh install of miauu's Tab Panel on the same or another version of 3ds max. Using this feature to update existing tabs does not work properly all the time, so try to avoid it.
